Went to 3-man Rotscale this morning with my SS Necro, a warrior and bonder monk. We downed all but one dragon hench and rotscale himself. The problem was the healing needed to keep up with his 220ish Defile Enchantments and 175+ FoC. (May also cast Deathly Chill, though I was too dead to notice.) The bonder just didn't have enough healing. The other problem for monks is going to be that the damn rotscale hench dragons put down Quickening Zephyr. If you don't have your energy management down very well you're not going to do much.

I also noticed that we could get the warrior to hold aggro but as soon as I approached to cast SS aggro would shift to me immediately. (Yes, I was staying out of aggro range... you should be able to cast right at the edge of it.) Then it was a barrage of Incendiary Arrows + Dual Shot + Poison Arrows + every other thing. Then old Rotscale would step in and FoC + DE me.

Did I mention Rotscale seems to have inzane healing and the hench dragons have a nice Troll Unguent?

Meh... it was our first try...

I really doubt that Monks are going to get another green.

You may say that, but all the classes seem to be getting something, even if it's just a gay fan.

I like those Fans actually They're perfect for your anti-ED set. A Monk Fan with these stats would suck tohugh, as that wouldn't work on my Monk

You can solo farm silent surf...that is they kill each other, you get the drops and xp if close enough. Only noticed this since the update...

In case anyone missed it, that Assassin pic was just a joke, appropriate because of the Afflicted

off topic the Afflicted do look rather like the Flood from Halo (this is an example from Halo)

Back on topic: the Terror Shield was a proven fake, despite the perpetrators insisting it was real and going to great lengths to pretend otherwise.

one thing that seems to be in common with all of these is that they are pretty far away from outposts/towns. So looking in areas there would be a good idea.

BTW the axe is too easy to farm I've gotten 5 in 3 runs.

Run 1: 1 Axe (given to monk)
Run 2: 1 Axe (sold for 35K )
Run 3: 1 axe (1 given to friend not sure what I'll do with the other 2)

Of all areas, I hate Kessex Peak the most. I've died so many times at that huge group of Ice Golems when I first got to that area, and wanted to enter Granite Citadel so badly I'd never go back there!

That's Spearhead Peak, Kessex is the place of Galrath fame.

I got a download in Sanctum Cay! Maybe they're there!

Really though, there are alot of areas that got updated lately, it doesn't mean it has to be from this update

EDIT: Kessex Peak.. Spearhead Peak.. Same stuff!

That would suck for the people that already did the quest. Maybe Verata or his goons hold one?
